10 TBSP of butter? We used your recipe, and used 3 tbsp. of butter and just dipped the scallops prior to baking. You recommend dipping the bacon wrapped scallops in the butter again after baking?!!! Do you realize how this drives up the calories and how greasy this makes the whole thing? Bacon is already greasy and caloric. And the last step is totally unnecessary. It is sad to see such a great recipe otherwise ruined by this excess.
